Sometimes your mind feels like a massive knot that’s impossible to untangle. Cluttered by big questions you feel you should know the answer to, but just can’t put your finger on it.

I know what it’s like to feel unsure about yourself and how you came to be.

With me, you will find solace in humor and real talk as we dig deeper to find understanding.

I get that therapy can feel stuffy and uncomfortable.

As a Professional Counseling Associate and EMDR-trained therapist, I work alongside insightful young adults who are struggling with unexplained reactions and dissatisfaction in life. They come to me wanting a better understanding of themselves, and I help them get there through gentle challenges and fostering a collaborative environment.

HOW I WORK

I work with you to be curious about your inner world and honor that no one knows you better than yourself – even when you don’t think you do. You can trust that I will walk alongside you with empathy and authenticity.

I recognize that not only is it difficult to find a therapist, but to find one who you easily connect with and who matches your needs can feel like an endless guessing game. In my own healing, I have found myself exhausted with the oversimplified solutions and lack of depth. That exhaustion I once felt has been fundamental in my commitment to be the therapist I needed.

You won’t find cliche inspirational quotes on the wall or have vulnerable conversations under fluorescent lights; I bring real, human connection to our work and meet you wherever you are in your journey.

I believe that being seen doesn’t mean giving the perfect advice, but instead sitting with you in your emotions, whatever that looks like. Together, we can uncover who you are and break free from self-doubt through supportive reflection and gentle challenge.
